Digital Products & Refunds

All products sold on Sellvia Mall are digital-only and delivered instantly after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

Digital products are considered consumed upon access and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the limited cases outlined below.

Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Issued

A refund may be granted only in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate purchase
    You accidentally purchased the same product more than once using the same email address and payment method.
  2. Defective or inaccessible files
    You received a corrupted file or were unable to access the product, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
