Refunds & Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

All products on Sellvia Mall are digital-only and delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final once a product has been accessed or downloaded. Digital products are considered consumed upon access and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the limited cases outlined below.

Business Pass & Free Trial

• The Business Pass starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid any charge.
• Once a paid period begins, charges for that period are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and everything you’ve downloaded stays yours.
• Purchase-only products are one-time purchases and follow the “all sales are final” rule above.

Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Issued

A refund may be granted only in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the same product more than once using the same email address and payment method.
• Defective or inaccessible files — You received a corrupted file or were unable to access a product, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies, contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge at support@mall.sellvia.com. Include the email address used at checkout, your order confirmation number, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our support team typically responds within 1–2 business days.

Important Notes

• Refunds will not be issued for digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded, unless the product is proven to be defective.
• Business Pass charges for a period already started are non-refundable; cancellation stops future billing and keeps access until the period ends.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
• All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Sellvia Mall and are considered final.
