Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the https://m1.dropshipgate.com website and related services (the "Service") operated by Sellvia LLC ("Sellvia", "we", "us", "or", "our").

By accessing or using Sellvia Mall, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. About Sellvia Mall

Sellvia Mall is an educational digital marketplace operated by Sellvia LLC. The platform provides access to digital learning materials, including but not limited to guides, ebooks, checklists, and educational resources ("Digital Products").

Sellvia Mall is a separate service from Sellvia's ecommerce platform and subscriptions, though both are operated by Sellvia LLC.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features of Sellvia Mall, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information, including a valid email address and phone number.

You agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You will maintain accurate account information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Sellvia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Nature of Digital Products

All products available in Sellvia Mall are digital-only. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery occurs via:

  • secure download links
  • dashboard access
  • or other digital delivery mechanisms

3.2 Ownership & License

All Digital Products are the intellectual property of Sellvia LLC.

When you purchase or access a Digital Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the materials
  • publish or make the content publicly available
  • use the content for commercial resale or training

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination.

4. No refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content: All sales are final once a Digital Product is accessed or downloaded.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided after access is granted, including purchases made using grant credits.

5. Learning Grant Program

5.1 Nature of the Learning Grant

Sellvia Mall may offer eligible users a Learning Grant ("Grant") represented as internal grant balance credits.

Grant credits:

  • are not cash
  • have no cash value
  • are not refundable
  • are not transferable
  • are not withdrawable
  • do not constitute stored value, a wallet, or financial account

1 grant balance credit = $1 USD in Sellvia Mall for eligible purchases.

5.2 Grant Usage Rules

  • One grant per person (per identity, device, and account)
  • Grant credits may fully cover the product price
  • Grant credits cannot be used to cover platform, access, or service fees
  • Grant credits may be applied automatically to recommended products unless manually used within 14 days

Grant credits do not expire, but Sellvia reserves the right to apply unused credits toward recommended educational content after the initial 14-day window.

5.3 Platform & Access Fees

Certain purchases may include a platform, access, or delivery fee (e.g., $1 per item).

These fees:

  • are charged separately
  • are not eligible for grant coverage
  • must be paid by the user

5.4 Abuse & Grant Revocation

Sellvia strictly prohibits:

  • creating multiple accounts to obtain multiple grants
  • use of VPNs, bots, automation, or scripted signups
  • fraudulent or misleading identity information

Sellvia reserves the right to:

  • revoke grant credits
  • suspend or terminate accounts
  • deny future participation in promotional programs

5. Intellectual Property

All content on m1.dropshipgate.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, product design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Sunshine Group LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Payment & Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.

You authorize Sellvia to charge applicable fees using the payment method you provide. Taxes, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

7. No income or result guarantees

Sellvia Mall provides educational content only.

We do not guarantee:

  • income
  • profits
  • employment
  • business success
  • financial outcomes

Any references to income ideas or opportunities are for educational purposes only. Results depend on individual effort, application, and external factors beyond Sellvia's control.

8. Communications (Email & SMS)

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive:

  • account notifications
  • service-related messages
  • educational and promotional communications

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but service-related communications may continue.

9. Multiple accounts & Automation

You may not create or control more than one account without written permission.

The use of:

  • bots
  • scripts
  • automation tools
  • mass registration techniques

is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

Sellvia may suspend or terminate access to Sellvia Mall at any time if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • access to Digital Products may be revoked
  • unused grant credits may be forfeited

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on Sellvia Mall are owned by Sellvia LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

Sellvia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or opportunity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

Sellvia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
