Terms of Service

1. About Sellvia Mall

Sellvia Mall is a digital marketplace operated by Sellvia LLC. The platform gives you access to ready-to-use digital products for starting and running an online business — including ready-made businesses, websites and online stores, AI tools, social media content, logos, brand and design assets, and guides (“Digital Products”).

Access is available through the Business Pass membership (see Section 4) and, for certain items, through individual purchase (see Section 5).

Sellvia Mall is a separate service from Sellvia’s ecommerce platform and its subscriptions, though both are operated by Sellvia LLC.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features of Sellvia Mall, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information, including a valid email address and phone number.

You agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You will maintain accurate account information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Sellvia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Nature of Digital Products

All products available in Sellvia Mall are digital-only. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery occurs via secure download links, dashboard access, or other digital delivery mechanisms.

3.2 Ownership & License

All Digital Products are the intellectual property of Sellvia LLC.

Any Digital Product you download is yours to keep, including after your Business Pass ends. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products for your own personal and business purposes — for example, to build, customize, and operate your own online business.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Digital Products themselves
• Republish or make the Digital Products publicly available as standalone files
• Repackage or use the Digital Products to build a competing catalog or marketplace
• Use the Digital Products to train machine-learning models

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination.

4. Business Pass (Membership)

Sellvia Mall offers a monthly membership called the Business Pass, billed on a recurring basis. Current pricing is shown on the site and may change with reasonable notice.

4.1 Free Trial

The Business Pass includes a 7-day free trial:

• A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the 7-day trial.
• During the trial you may download up to 5 guides from the included catalog, free of charge (purchase-only products in Section 5 are not included).
• The trial is available once per person (per identity, device, and account).
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically converts to a paid Business Pass on day 8, and your card is charged the then-current price.

4.2 Paid Membership

While your Business Pass is active and paid:

• You can download unlimited products from the included catalog — no counters, no credits, no meters (purchase-only products in Section 5 are not included).
• New products are added to the catalog regularly and are available to active members.
• Everything you download is yours to keep forever, even if you later cancel.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your Business Pass renews automatically each billing cycle using the payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel:

• You keep full Business Pass access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You will not be charged again.
• Everything you have already downloaded stays yours forever — only new catalog downloads stop after your access ends.

5. Purchase-Only Products

Certain Digital Products — for example, premium items or products on specific topics — are available for individual purchase only and are not included in the Business Pass or the free trial. These are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout, and once purchased they are yours to keep under the license in Section 3.2.

6. Payments & Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.

You authorize Sellvia to charge applicable fees — including recurring Business Pass charges — using the payment method you provide. Taxes, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Your bank or card statement will display the charge as SELLVIA LLC.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

• Business Pass: the 7-day free trial lets you try the Service at no charge — cancel before it ends and you won’t be billed. Once a paid period begins, charges for that period are non-refundable; you keep access until the end of the period and your downloads stay yours.
• Purchase-only products: all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

8. No Income or Result Guarantees

Sellvia Mall provides digital tools, templates, and educational materials to help you start and run an online business.

We do not guarantee income, profits, employment, business success, or any specific financial outcome. Tools don’t build the business — you do. Any references to income ideas or opportunities are for informational purposes only, and results depend on individual effort, application, and external factors beyond Sellvia’s control.

9. Communications (Email & SMS)

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive:

• Account notifications and product access information
• Service-related messages (order confirmations, subscription and billing updates)
• Educational and promotional communications

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but service-related communications (such as account access and billing notices) may continue.

10. Multiple Accounts & Automation

You may not create or control more than one account without written permission, including to obtain more than one free trial.

The use of bots, scripts, automation tools, VPNs to evade limits, or mass registration techniques is strictly prohibited.

11. Termination

Sellvia may suspend or terminate access to Sellvia Mall at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the catalog and any active Business Pass may be revoked. Products you have already downloaded remain yours under the license in Section 3.2.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on Sellvia Mall are owned by Sellvia LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Sellvia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or opportunity.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

Sellvia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
